A:Answer IPS LCD is the type of panel it is. It could be IPS, VA, or OLED, basically, and LCD or LED. There are further sub-types coming, but if you can understand those three types, you'll be in good shape. OLED is best for graphics, movies & gaming, but is terrible if you will also be using the panel for reading & productivity. IPS is the best compromise technology, good for both graphos and productivity & reading.
WQHD refers to something else entirely- the resolution. QHD is basically 4x 720p. WQHD is a wider distribution of QHD resolution.
