• A:Answer It is not compatible with voice. We ran into this issue, though we never use our landline. You can either keep both modems (one for voice and one for internet), or you can remove voice.

• A:Answer This does not send out a Wi-Fi signal. It is only a modem so you would need to connect to something that delivers Wi-Fi or plus directly into your printer, which would still make it difficult to print unless your printer is also connected to your computer.
