- Answer If you have HD Home Run and a DVR subscription ($35 Year) Yes you can Record Cable or OTA programs with this Device. need USB or some type of external Media to store the programming.

- Answer Yes it has to usb slots in the back one for the game Controller and one for example flash usb drive. Best way to do your download videos or anything else is a bigger external harddrive of at least 1TB Remotely connected to your router. That way anything you download from any device that has internet will go directly to your harddrive.but always use a vpn.

- Answer Yes just download the app but If I remember correctly it's all really there just put your user name and password in Nvida Shield Tv Box with your ROKU Service. You don't have to use the apps on the Tv. The Nvida Shield can be used with any Service Provider Except Directv there is no working app to buy the Directv Streaming Service.

QuestionDumbest question perhaps. IF I purchase this unit do I still need a Blu-ray player for that format? I get confused as to what the differences are between 4K and Blu-ray. Thanks.

- Answer Blu-ray needs a disc and a player. This is only a streaming device. As far as 4K and HD (blu-ray) quality... it can stream HD and 4K perfectly. But that also depends on if your tv is 4K. If your tv is 4K and you find streams are 4K it can play it without any problems.

QuestionCan you connect Bluetooth earphones to this device? If so, can you adjust the volume? I’ve been using AirPods with fire stick with old remote(with no volume control). Way too loud. Hurt my ears. I’m thinking of buying new firestck,it has Vol control

- Answer I've never done this personally, but it does have bluetooth. I honestly don't see why it wouldn't work. Plus, the gaming controller has a headphone jack, if you just want to use a wired headset.

- Answer Both, actually. Most computer games will need to be installed on your PC, but he will be able to download and play most Android games without a PC. Two things to note: 1. Storage is limited on this device, so add a USB drive if you plan on downloading lots of apps or games. 2) There are also services installed that give you access to PC games via cloud gaming. I'd recommend reading professional reviews (CNET, Engadget, etc.) for more info.

- Answer Yes, it will just display 1080p. Most of my games stream from my PC at 1080p anyway cause I am streaming wirelessly so they're streamed at a lower resolution

- Answer No it does not. As of right now. The only thing you might be able to do is connect it is a video display, but no vr display or head tracking

- Answer Can’t just plug ps4 to connect need a through machine to record if that’s what you’re trying to do, and 4K only applies to content and tv capabilities. It’s fine if you don’t have that

Questionits updating software from 4hrs .. is this acceptable on a above 150 MBPS internet speed? it should have been done in less than 10 mts, its already 4.30 hrs .. screwed up my evening plans ... i think its a 1 star product .. you guys lying ....

- Answer Smh, your internet speed is dependent on your position to your provider and then nvidias servers, just because you have quick internet doesn’t mean things are going to be done in minutes. Take a networking class
