QuestionWhat is the manufacturer’s warranty? Unfortunately, within 30 days my air fryer stopped working! Only used a few times and liked it. So disappointed! Bought this Oster because it’s usually a high quality, but I’ve lost faith now.

QuestionWe had to quit using another brand's air fryer because the non-stick surface (?) and the elevated base would not clean completely. How does this unit clean up? We tried everything to get the cooked on food residue out of our other units.

To clean this air fryer, you have to wash the removable cooking basket, cooking tray and handle with warm soapy water using a cloth, sponge or non-abrasive brush or on the dishwasher. QuestionHow can I get an instruction manual? Main concern is my timer is not accurate at all I can set something to cook for 20 minutes and when 20 minutes is up it will still have many more minutes to go, seems like the timer is lagging maybe.
