Q: QuestionDoes the computer come with Windows 11 by default. I prefer to have Windows 10 on my computer while I am more experienced with it and Windows 11 still has many bugs and needs to be fixed.

• A:Answer Mine came with Windows 10 installed. When you do your windows updates it gives you the option to upgrade to Windows 11 which I haven’t done.

Q: QuestionI just got my Razer Blade 14. I am still checking out, but found that the touch screen does not function. In Device Manager, I could not find HID Touch Screen. HID Touch Pad is there.

• A:Answer Yes. I am using a charging block with a PD 100W port (purchased on Amazon), plugged into the left USB-C port. It seems to work fine for charging. I have heard, however, that if you are doing anything processor-intensive like gaming or video editing (which is why I bought the laptop), you should always use the 230W power cord that came with it.

Q: QuestionIt looks as if there are not buttons on the system, nor does it appear that the touchpad is "clickable" like a MacBook. So how to left click and right click? I assume it is one finger tap and two finger tap - which is ridiculous for a gaming laptop.

• A:Answer Hello there, I have purchased many items from best buy open box excellent and they have always been great. I purchased my Blade 14 this same way to save money and it only had one issues which was the bottom lid being a tiny bit uneven. That is not an issue for me, the laptop works great and I have had no issues. You could always get the warranty with the money you save purchasing open box as a security measure, but otherwise you should be fine.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, mux switch is NOT supported and the ram is 2 bank group which the ram read/write performance would be a little worse.

• A:Answer Hey there, The only con I can think of is that this pc's ram is not expandable. Believe me I have the Blade 17pro 2021, Blade 14 2021, bought my GF the Blade 13 Stealth 2020, and I briefly owned the blade 15. The 14 is the perfect size for portability, productivity, and light gaming. I only say light gaming because as a preference I enjoy to be imerssed in a 27in or bigger screen, so I use a gaming monitor. Not that this pc cant handle AAA games because it totally can. Simply put this pc is balanced and can handle anything you through at it, though cheaper options are available.
