A:Answer This antenna was rated for 45 miles. My zip code showed broadcast towers from 19 miles to 24 miles so I tried this antenna.After several attempts to point the direction needed and reprograming the tv I could only get 9 to 13 channels which only 1 channel was a good local channel WREG [ 3 ]. Which was in the 19 mile range. The channels kept fading in and out. I was wanting to get local channels 13, 5, 3, 24, 30. Channels 24 and 30 towers were 24 miles from my zip and I could not get them at all. I made several attempts of changing antenna direction and channel searching the tv. I gave up and returned item.I do have another antenna in my attic that receives 25 good channels that are clear as a bell.
