    Asked by matty.

    • Answer Hi matty. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question. Yes, you have the option to share one or more Ring devices with as many shared users as you like. A shared user cannot change system settings or account information but can view cameras, receive notifications, and view and share videos. Access to particular cameras can be granted or taken away by the owner. If you have a Ring Alarm system, the shared user can also arm and disarm the Ring Alarm system and unlock any lock they've been given access to by the owner. • QuestionHow long does the battery take to charge?

    Asked by Doggone.

    • Answer Hi Doggone. We appreciate the time you have taken to ask this question. The Ring Quick Release Rechargeable Battery takes up to 10 hours to fully charge. While charging, both lights will be lit on the battery, you’ll know charging is complete when only one light on the battery is lit. • QuestionCan it be hooked up to a metal screen door?

    Asked by Cynthia.

    • Answer Hi Cynthia. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. No, we do not recommend installing on metal because certain materials, such as metal, can reduce the range of wifi signals or interfere with them. Ring video doorbells and security cameras are intended to be used with your home wifi network, so a good signal is important for optimal performance.
