- A:Answer For cell viewing?.. yes it doesnt matter whether the cell provider is wifi or data, viewing is the same. Moving the camera itself to a different wifi area will need a wifi reconfiguring.

- A:Answer Yes u can use it with the ring app and monitor but without a subscription fee u wont be able to save the recording so it will be now or never. Which means u can still go live with the cam and monitor and when there is a motion u can still open live and watch with no recordings on cloud !
