QuestionFrom reading the previous post, at that time this product was not 5G compatible, has that improved now?? Also, how would I install this outside of my garage? Is it difficult to install or to place? Will I need tools? I am not good at installing things!

QuestionHow you charge the battery? And how long it's last ?

- Answer They come with a USB cable to charge the removable battery. I have had a battery still have a charge after 3 months but it does depend on how often the camera is triggered which is adjustable. It also depends on your specific camera settings which are also adjustable through the Ring app. I have added the small solar panels to a couple of the cameras that are in areas that I don’t want to risk going dead when we are gone for months at a time.

- Answer Easiest way I think would to be, uninstall the phone app. Shut yer phone down let it reboot then reinstall the app, then set your camera back up. I did that when my litle nephew had at my phone. Did that on a few apps. It was less frustrating for me. Hope it helps. Good luck

Questionwhat is the range for this camera

- Answer Ring allows you to set the range from a few feet to I believe the horizon. I have 6 cameras and set a range and width for each such as narrow for walkway, wide for street, etc. It takes a little time to learn but is well worth it.

- Answer I will leave our battery on the charger over night once in a while. So, not sure exactly how long, but within 6 to 8 hours. Battery life lasts a long while, too.

- Answer Yes. I only used the power cord to charge the camera's batteries before installation. I ordered the small solar panel to keep the battery charged after installation. Very easy process.

- Answer No need to use tools to access the battery. Sinply twist the bottoms section of the camera lose and the cap will come off. Reach inside and unlatch the battery then pull it out. It's just a s easy putting the battery back. Just reapeat the previous steps but in reverse
