Good question! Quick Replies is a smart doorbell feature, similar to an answering machine for your door, available for select Ring video doorbells in the US and Canada. Quick Replies is not available for Video Doorbell (1st Gen) or Ring Video Doorbell 2 (discontinued). You can enable or disable Quick Replies at any time in the Ring app. Once the feature is activated and someone rings your doorbell, the visitor will hear a pre-selected message and can leave a reply, unless customized otherwise. There’s no subscription required for Quick Replies. However, only Ring Protect Plan subscribers will be able to access and review recordings of Quick Replies interactions in their Event History.
