A:Answer The cable in no way controls the resolution or picture size. Those functions are controlled by the TV and the phone and tablet. I would start with the TV and then move to the settings on the phone. On the TV, make sure it supports 1080p, that the aspect ratio is set to normal, and that overscan is turned off. As far as the phone goes, I really don't know which settings to change on it. That would be something to contact Samsung and ask.
