QuestionI understand the different cords to make this work on my TV, will I need the dock as well? I don’t want to lug my XBox to hotels just to play a few games and watch Netflix. Can I download Apps like Netflix, and just use a Bluetooth controller?

- Answer I use a dongle with: 2 type C connecters (one for power) 2 usb A 1 HDMI I imagine a dock will work too. You can download apps and use a Bluetooth controller. Sorry for not showing a controller with it. Hope the photos help.

- Answer The packaged wall adaptor is just power, they make a ROG Ally Power adaptor that has a USB port and a HDMI port, but you have to purchase it separately.

QuestionIf using the ROG Ally with the XG Mobile GPU will you be able to play on the Ally itself with boosted performance or is it only for an external monitor?

- Answer Yes, you can connect the XG mobile and still just play on the Ally screen itself, or use the Ally controls and use an external monitor. Downside to this use case is how short the XG mobile connector is. Not a lot of space to move once connected.
