If you have an active Xfinity TV account, yes. I used the Roku version of the Xfinity Stream app on two Roku devices. one TV and one stand-alone unit. I had an actual cable connection to my main TV (which was not a Roku at that time) but the Rokus were in parts of the house that did not have cable connections available.
