A:AnswerIf you have a Netflix account and a Roku 3, you can access Netflix on a non-smart TV. Your account is your account; that is the purpose of the Roku 3 (and streaming stick). None of my TVs are smart TVs and I get access my Netflix account on each of them using a Roku 3 on one and a Roku streaming stick on another. I don't see why this would not be the case simply because a TV is plasma vs. any other type of flatscreen.
