- Answer Yes, the temperature is adjusted right at the front digital panel, 0 degrees for the freezer, and at least 36 degrees at the refrigerator compartment. If you overload your upper section, you may place the temp no less than 34 degrees, to let the new groceries get the right temp. For the lower section, please don't set it below 0 degrees, because it will overrun the compressor and can cause circuit damage. Thank you!

QuestionDo the drawer fronts pop off or snap away from the drawer to clean??

- Answer I would say all these type of drawer fronts can be removed for cleaning. But my recommendation is to avoid to take them of, instead take the food out, wipe the entire area with a solution of dishwaher soap with a bit of whit vinegar, and rinse them off with a microfiber cloth. Thank you!

QuestionCan you lock the smart divider in the flex drawer?

- Answer Not really. Although you can adjust it quite easily (for example, I have moved the divider to form 4 sections - one for wines, one for bottled water, one for sodas, and a fourth for such as the protein drinks (or anything else - like cheeses). IT is the way I stack/locate the items in the drawer that keeps the divider in place.

- Answer Not that I have found. We move the divider constantly based on our shopping load, so I don't mind that it doesn't have a fixed feature. It hasn't been a problem for us. The groceries keep it in place.

QuestionI do not see in the warranty information about the ice makers. I had heard all Samsung ice makers have a 2 year warranty. Can you confirm or deny this please?

QuestionMy condo building requires a copper supply line. Can I connect this icemaker line directly to copper? Is there a kit?

- Answer A copper supply can be used. I have one on mine that was existing in my house. Installers wont switch out to a new non copper kit for you because it could expose them to risk of leaks. BB sells the newer kits (non copper). Youll need to investigate whether you can purchase copper from BB or hardware/ diy store.

QuestionI have heard conflicting answers to my question. Do you need to turn off the water to change the filter? The installer said no, but I read that you do need to turn off the water. Ours is in a confined space and it is not easy to move out.

- Answer The installer told me yes I did, but when I followed the instructions provided with the filter(bought directly from Samsung) it did not indicate to turn off the water. All I did was pulled out the old and put in the new.

- Answer You have to move both sides of the top shelf as I discovered.....the right side is supported by the left side, which didn't work out for me. I ended up using some shorter Tupperware pitchers instead.
