Q: QuestionDoes this dryer come from factory with the door opening from the left? The washer shows that the door on it opens from the right. Is switching the door on the Dyer to match the washer included in delivery.

Q: QuestionI’m attaching a photo in the hopes that someone can tell me if this is normal. There’s what looks like a material behind the rubber gasket in the opening. It looks to me like cotton only thicker and isn’t exposed all the way around the opening.

Q: QuestionI have had this model for 2 weeks now and there seems to be very little air flow to my outside vent compared to my previous 10 year old dryer. Also, the laundry room gets quite warm unless I open the door. Is this normal operation??

• A:Answer I took the outside vent cover off to check and found that when the Best Buy installers attached the flexible vent hose to the outside vent, they pushed it too far in and blocked 50% air flow! I adjusted it and works fine. I am amazed at how the Best Buy installers found yet another way to screw up this install! Along with flooding my laundry room, and delivering a dented dryer, and finally this! Never Again!

This led us to purchase this model as the price break was several hundred dollars less than the new model due to a sale as well as (I'm assuming) stores like Best Buy trying to reduce their inventory of this machine in order to sell the new model.
