Q: QuestionI've been using this dryer for 8 months. The dry time is getting longer and longer, The reservoir has never had any water in it, but the heat exchanger is always wet. Is it supposed to be wet?

• A:Answer Perhaps it's installed with a drain line to bypass the reservoir. Regardless, make sure both lint filters are clean; open the filter and clean the second filter inside the main filter. You should also gently clean the heat exchanger with the brush provided.

• A:Answer It requires 220. If you have an existing dryer you can remove the cord from it to use on the new dryer. The new ones don't come with a cord because there's no standard 220v outlet; they come in all shapes and sizes and the plug has to match the outlet exactly.

• A:Answer Just under 2 hours in the ventless dryer. I usually wash them using the steam cycle and dry them using the towel setting. The towels come out of the dryer feeling extremely soft and fluffy.

Q: QuestionCan this dryer be stacked on top of Samsung washer WF45R6100AW/US. They aren't technically a "pair" - the washer is slightly larger than the dryer. But I don't want the washer that goes with this dryer because that washer's capacity is too small.

• A:Answer You have the option to drain the water through a drain hose (like the clothes washer) or just allow water to collect into the tray / drawer. If you do the tray option, you empty it out with each load just like cleaning the lint screen with each load.
