- Answer Thanks so much for asking! This model does have the Smart Care feature, however it does not have the Smart Control option. The Smart Care feature allows users to use their phone to diagnose and troubleshoot any error codes you may receive from the washer. The Smart Control feature offers the ability to remotely check on and control your washer through the SmartThings app. ^Jecca

QuestionThe dryer will do a few loads and then I go to do another one and hit start and it blows our breaker. Has done this twice today. We've tried 2 dryer cords and it is a brand new house so the outlet is fine.

- Answer I have had my washer and dryer set since may, no breaker issues and I do laundry all day for 3 days straight sometimes. Could be a wiring issue, maybe have geek squad check your dryer wiring, if it’s not that then maybe the wiring in the home.

QuestionOur washer is 2 days old. It’s stuck on Normal Mode and it won’t change to the other features. The Child Lock is off. Any ideas?

- Answer Great question, Cass! The size of the drain pan is primarily up to the users preference. However, I can provide these dimensions for the washer: 27" W x 38.7" H x 31.3" D. The drain pan will need to be larger than the base of the washer to ensure it functions as intended. ^Jecca

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, jess! Currently Samsung does not have any dryer models with the controls located at the bottom of the unit. I do have some good news though! We now have several washers with a "MultiControl" option. This option allows the washer and dryer to both be operated by the washer's control panel. This is ideal for when the dryer needs to be stacked on top of the washer. ^Jecca
