- Answer Hi, To connect your Google Assistant to the CU8000 TV, you will first need to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. You will also need to be connected to the internet. Then go to Settings > All Settings> General > Voice > Voice Assistant. Once your Voice Assistant is selected, you can press the Microphone button on your remote to help navigate the settings menu, change the volume, or even search for content. For further assistance with this feature, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. ~Samsung Advisor

QuestionWould this TV be able to lay flat on a table? As in have the screen pointed to the ceiling so that it could be used as a tabletop game map.

- Answer If you touch any modern TV screen a lot, horizontal or not, you'll probably damage it. For your idea you need an older TV with a solid glass screen. Another idea, get a large glass table and mount the TV underneath it so it's visible. If you do the latter, you should leave a good air space between the glass and the TV for ventilation. Note, that table will get warm. Odd idea, good luck!

- Answer We used a wall mount setup for ours. However, Best Buy does sell a pedestal stand, Insignia brand, that should work. They have other brands also, but rather costly.

- Answer The store should answer this, but I believe Open Box means somebody bought it and returned it. "In theory" it's *kinda* new but not really, and "in theory" it's not defective because "in theory" the store checked it out when it came back. I think you basically take your chances and sometimes "in theory" you might get lucky and get a bargain.

- Answer I mounted mine on a wall mount without any problem. That mount previously was used for a much thicker Sony Bravia TV. You should not have any problems using a wall mount even with the thickness of the screen on the Samsung.
