QuestionDoes the igniter start when you first turn the knob or do you have to turn the gas all the way on before it starts to light? Also, do you have to push the knob in to turn it and start the gas flowing? I am wondering about the safety measures of the knob

- Answer The igniter vomes on immediately, lights eye and then you adjust flame. my wife does'nt like it. Yes push in safety knobs are present.

- Answer Great question, Chine! Typically, the oven should be able to reach 350 degrees Fahrenheit within 20 minutes when only one oven rack is in it. It is also important to note that things like opening the door, or placing items in the oven before it is pre-heated, can extend the time it takes to reach the set temperature. ^Jecca

QuestionI have read on other sites that there are issues with the knobs peeling or wearing off. It that because of an issue with a particular batch? Has anyone experienced this issue that has purchased this model from Best Buy?

QuestionHi, What size of gas connector is needed 5/8" OD or 1/2" OD? What is the BTU rating for this range? I have connection of 1/2" shut off valve, can I use 1/2" to 5/8" adaptor? Thanks.

- Answer Hi Sansung Support team, Yes I have checked it. What I am interested is to know what is the size of the inlet that this range has, is it 1/2” or 5/8”. Based on the BTU ratings, it is suggested to use 5/8” for 4ft. So I wanted to confirm. Thanks.

QuestionDoes the depth measurement on this unit include any gap between the unit and the wall? and does it include the front handle? Or is it only the core measurement, not including handles or hookup space?

- Answer Great question! The product dimensions listed (29 15/16" W x 46 5/16"-47 1/16" (Adjustable) H x 28 11/16" D) are only for the range itself, and includes all attached parts, such as the handle. But I can also provide this link (https://bit.ly/2Ui2IXi) to the installation manual for this model. Page 12 has a very useful guide with a diagram of all the spacing dimensions you'll need. ^Jecca

QuestionMy question is for the dual right front burner. When I turn it on, the smaller inner burner only lights. When I turn it off and turn it on again. the larger outer burner and inner burner both light. Is that correct that I have to light twice?

QuestionDoes this Model NX60A6711SS/AA have a built in temperature probe? I watch the video on the WiFi and voice command and it said it came with it but I didn't see it listed under specifications.

Questionlooking at the nx60a6511sg and the 6711sg. I was told by SS that the 6511 is a 1 blower Conv., while the 6711sg is a true convection with 2 blowers. Also the 6511 is a high heat self clean, and the 6711 is a steam clean. Is this info true .Priscilla
