Q: QuestionOn our recently purchased WV60M9900A washer the child lock is on causing us to have to manual change from wash, rinse and spin cycles. I see a lock lit up on the panel, I have no kids, want it to be off as permanently as possible. Help!!

Q: QuestionWe purchased our washer one year ago. The washer is leaking from the bottom. We have had two repair men in with no success!!! We keep getting a "1LC1" code on the top washer, and a "LC1" code on the bottom washer. Do you know what is wrong???????

• A:Answer Mine is 2 years old, and I've had 3 service guys out with no success! They've changed the drain pump, and tried to clean it out. Next step was replacing the whole assembly. Luckily I bought the warranty and I am getting a new unit, but I am switching to a different brand, and paying a little more because I have had nothing but trouble with my samsung washer and dryer.

Q: QuestionWhat size drain pan should I buy for the flex wash washer? Is drain pan mandatory if it is going to be installed on 2nd floor or it's up to the homeowner's discretion? Thank you

• A:Answer Geek Squad removed my drain pan and said that it was unnecessary as it was built into the washer to fit into the drain in the floor. It's on my 2nd floor and I haven't had any issues since I've been using it and we use it often.

Q: QuestionHas anyone had an issue with the bearings going bad? We have had our Flexwash a little over 3 years. It's just 2 of us and I figure I've done 500 or less washes. Do bearings wear out after 500 washes? Frustrated. I don't overload.

Q: QuestionI bought this expensive washer and dryer set. Within 18 months the diaphragm had to be replaced on the washer. The top washer broke a month after that. I got the diaphragm fixed as a "courtesy". its been two years are 4 months. Diaphragm broken again.

Q: QuestionThe water sprayer thats on the top left of the door that sprays periodically doesn't spray very hard. Only some of the water reaches the clothes, the rest shoots down the front inside of the door. Is this normal?
