QuestionIf I'm eligible for an upgrade on Verizon would it be free or would it be a trade-in?My upgrade on my phone comes in November of this year and I had a question because I'm a little bit new to this upgrade thing and just wanted to know.

- Answer I got this phone during upgrade and it was listed at $1 and $1 is all I paid. If it says free and you are up for full upgrade it should be free with no issues. You can purchase insurance through geek squad or verizon.

- Answer Usually yes, best way to tell is call customer service by dialling *611 on that phone, or calling 1 (800) 922-0204 from another phone.

- Answer Don't THINK mine did. 1. My computer tech says he never installs anti-virus on his phones and has never had an issue. 2. Today while updating Avast on my laptop, saw an offer for a phone version - if I decided, that's what I'd use.

- Answer Might be a problem. I've tried to upload pics directly from my SG5 via phone's USB cable to an older Mac Book and have not had much luck. Ended up having to upload them to a PC (which worked very smoothly), then copy them to the Mac via our wireless network. Not the most convenient. Does the iPad have Bluetooth capability? My old Mac does not so that might work. It may be the that newer operating features of more recent Mac products may allow for direct uploading from Android phones. Maybe the folks at your local Apple store can answer your question?

- Answer You keep your old phone, there's no trade it; occasionally Best buy does trade in. Customers must qualify to take advantage of Verizon Edge. You can enter into a new Verizon Edge agreement, which allows you to spread the retail price of your new phone or tablet over 24 months. After 30 days and with 75% of the original Edge device paid off, you can turn in your old device for a new one. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to pass a credit check. Prepaid accounts are not eligible, so if you’re currently a Prepaid customer, you’ll need to switch to a post-pay service agreement before enrolling in Verizon Edge.

- Answer But the AT&T version. You can't have electric blue, I don't think, but they have their own exclusive color through BB (purple maybe).

- Answer I have Verizon. During the holidays, I bought mine through Best Buy for $1.06 and was shipped to my house. i went to Best Buy and they switched everything over from my S3 to my S5. Deals change almost daily. Keep checking!

- Answer How does it work?? I am an OLD Blackberry User and used the BB Desktop feature they provided. Does Samsung provide such a platform to download to my Desktop and use that to sync btw. cell and outlook?? Be provide just a tad more detail for me please. Forever grateful.
