QuestionMy A650 is connected to my QN90AA via HDMI e-arc but I can`t get anything to change when selecting the sound mode or sound control buttons on remote. On TV, I can set-up the equalizer. But if I turn the sound bar off than back on all entered info is gone.

QuestionI have the sound bar plugged into my cable box & it will turn on in the middle of the night every night, same time, if I don’t unplug it. And when I plug it back in in the morning it turns right on.

- Answer If you have it plugged in by HDMI to the cable box it's best if you connect it to your tv arc connection intend so the TV can control when it turns on and off

QuestionI have a Samsung A650 soundbar that is connected to TV via arc HDMI. The sound and video are out of sync. I try to press sound control button, but it only says “TV arc” no matter how many times I press it. How can I fix the sync?

QuestionI just purchased the Samsung HW-A650 sound bar. I have connected it to my TV via the digital connection. Pushing the volume button on the remote mutes the sound bar. Pushing it again unmutes. How do I control the volume from the remote provided?

- Answer Hi Confused! Many of the buttons on your remote feature multiple functions. Pressing in the volume button will mute or unmute the sound while rocking the button up and down will adjust the volume level. ^Tim

QuestionI have a Samsung Model UN60KU6300F w/one Optical Out connection and one HDMI IN(ARC) connector. Is this the HDMI I would use for this soundbar? I have the Optical Out connected to a splitter-then to headsets and a receiver. Can I use soundbar and headset?

- Answer This is not correct! If you use an optical cable and HDMI ARC, you can use a Bluetooth transmitter connected to the optical at the same time that you are connected to HDMI ARC. After initial setup, just don't change audio output from soundbar from HDMI to optical. Leave it alone! I have this setup. Remember to manually change the Dolby Digital output in audio settings to PCM leave Bitstream setting active, and you're good to go.

QuestionIf there is an "Assistant's Voice", can it be muted? And of course not mute the content coming from TV or other source?? I DO NOT want the "Assistant" reminding me of anything.
