QuestionHow come there’s no sound coming out of the rear speakers no matter what i play…even though the wireless receiver is connected to the sound bar and both speakers are connected via the speaker wire?

- Answer To get sound out of rear speakers the content that you are watching needs to support 7.1 channel or DTS. Having sound-bar set to surround mode will format 5.1 channel content so you can hear sound in rear speakers but sound will not be that great or loud like sound that is recorded in DTS or 7.1 mode. Running movies from Netflix or other provider that shows movies have 5.1 channel sound will not sound like movies that are recorded in DTS. Best sound you will get from DVD / Blu-ray players or consoles ( Xbox or PlayStation ) playing DVD movie that was recorded in DTS / 7.1 channel formats. Some of digital movie providers are selling or renting movies with better audio quality like DTS.

- Answer Hi Paige! The HW-Q65T is compatible with the Amazon Echo device via the Bluetooth connection. To connect the soundbar to your Echo device, first press the Bluetooth button on your remote to place the soundbar in pairing mode. Next, Select your Echo device within the Alexa app, then Select Bluetooth Devices, and then Pair A New Device. Select the HW-Q65T soundbar from the list of devices to play the audio from your Echo device through the soundbar. ^Tim

QuestionDoes the wireless module need to be in clear sight of the sound bar for the rear speakers to work? I would like to hide the unit to have a cleaner look but not sure how the signal will travel through a wall.

- Answer Hi Tiesman! For the best connection between the Rear Speakers and the Soundbar, it is recommended to have a clear line of sight with no objects inbetween. Certain objects or walls may cause interference with the signal. You can try hiding the module where you would like to test the connection. If you experience issues with the sound dropping or refusing to connect, it may be due to the location of the module. ^Tim

- Answer normally, sound isn't processed a projector. you need to connect your source to the soundbar and projector at the same time

QuestionWe bought this soundbar around Black Friday 2021. Occasionally, and randomly, the soundbar will emit a high pitched beep/pop/ping while playing bluetooth audio. It's jarring and loud, even when the audio volume is low. Any idea how to stop it?

- Answer That's a bluetooth issue. Try moving the transmitting device. Make it closer to the unit and make sure there is as little possible interference between the two.

QuestionTrying to test these with one of those DTS 5.1 test videos which play sound in each single speaker to confirm surround works but I can`t get it to work. Rear speakers would play sound when it only front channels should play the sound. I`m using ARC HDMI

- Answer Not really. You can change the level of the base but no actual "EQ" settings are there. If you are playing from your phone you can go to your phones EQ settings and use them.

QuestionI purchased a 65 inch Samsung tv and shortly afterwards purchased this soundbar. Since the addition of the soundbar and rear speakers, I am having trouble with the sound being out of sync with the talking on the tv. How can this be fixed?

- Answer You will need to check your tv but the answer should be yes. You need to have either a digital out or HDMI(ARC if you want to control the sound with your tv remote) to use it.

QuestionI bought 2 of these bars yesterday, both are the same TV"S UN49 MU8000 and a 55MU8000, I get sound from all speakers but I can't make any adjustments, there is no displays on the bar, both remotes seem to be dead or not connecting. HELP!!

- Answer Hi RobPS, There is a process on syncing the remotes, I had to do it several times and I still have gliches. I have a cable tv provider so their remote works great with my tv and soundbar
