A:AnswerI had a similar issue with in 45 days of my purchase. The sub was acting off then the sound bar just stoped producing sound. I returned it. I would try to return the item .
A:AnswerYou connect the soundbar to the tv through an hdmi, then the soundbar connects the woofer and the surround sound speakers through bluetooth, not the tv ? Hope that helps ?
A:AnswerMake sure you don't have any obstruction between the speakers and the soundbar...and try to keep them in the line of sight of each other...if I remember correctly the maximum distance is 35ft ? And there could be an interference between other accessories running bluetooth...hope that helps !!
