QuestionI'm having serious audio / video sync issues. There is a noticeable audio delay since I installed this soundbar. I've adjusted the audio settings on the Samsung TV with no improvement. What options do I have to fix this?

- Answer Hello CableGuy, Press the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear) on the provided Soundbar remote until you get to SYNC. From there you can use the UP/DOWN buttons of the remote to increase/decrease the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Samsung Customer Support for step-by-step troubleshooting. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer I'm not familiar with your model TV, but will tell you the sound bar hooks up by a HDMI cable or Bluetooth, Mine is hooked up via the HDMI cable and works wonderfully, I would recommend it.

- Answer Hello Nickname, The major differences between the HW-S60B Soundbar and the HW-S50B Soundbar are: HW-S60B is a 5.0 Channel Soundbar with 200W of total power, the ability to connect using Wi-Fi and connect to the SmartThings App. The HW-S60B also has Alexa built-in, the ability to play Dolby Atmos content and Samsung's Active Voice Amplifier feature The HW-S50B is a 3.0 Channel Soundbar with 140W of total power, it cannot be connected using Wi-Fi or SmartThings. The HW-S50B Soundbar cannot use Alexa, is not Dolby Atmos compatible and doesn't feature Samsung's Active Voice Amplifier feature. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionDoes this have a HDMI input for a blu ray player? I just purchased a 4k blu ray and tv from best buy and the tv only has two HDMI inputs. Would be nice to be able to connect my blu ray player into the soundbar and the soundbar into the HDMI e-arc input.

- Answer Hello Dave, The HW-S50B Soundbar has 1 HDMI port to connecting to the TV and cannot pass through a 4K player through the soundbar. Make sure that you connect the soundbar to the TV ARC port of your TV as this will allow you to have full control of your soundbar with the TV remote. ~Samsung Solutions
