A:AnswerThe monitor adjusts from 19" to 23 1/2" on the stand - high enough that it can be placed in portrait mode if desired. If you need a different height, you could always use the VESA mount. Note the screen itself is 17" high so 18" is pretty low.
A:AnswerIt does have a 5V USB A connection & I tested it. It did charge an item for me.
It also has a 3.5mm audio jack. I have mine connected to a 2.1 Klipsch stereo speaker set and it sounds good.
