A:AnswerIf the water isn't draining check that the sink's garbage disposal,is clear. Clean all filters, drain and sump in the dishwasher to make sure there is no build up of food.
A:AnswerHi there! You can check the progress of any wash cycle by opening the door and taking a look at the right side of the control panel. Also, this unit has a mechanism which pauses the cycle once the door is open. To resume the operation, you only have to press the Start button and close the door within 3 seconds.

A:AnswerI had the same issue they had to come out and fix it I’ve had this dishwasher just over a year and I’m on my third service call. Do not buy this dishwasher if you are reading this!
A:AnswerPerhaps you've already settled this. If not, I suggest you look on eBay. This has been a problem machine and many units are in the hands of companies who salvage them for parts. I just purchased an $85 switch for $14 and free shipping.
A:AnswerTracy, I am sorry to hear. Please feel free to include the model code and serial numbers of your device in the Support Form: http://smsn.us/SamsungSupportUSA and we will respond accordingly. ^Heath
A:AnswerYou have to use detergent with bleach or leave the door open more often, had the same problem i suspect it's because it does not have a heating element.
A:AnswerThe black flap is hideous. I have no idea why it's there. Ours just hangs there. We tried tucking it back but it doesn't stay in place (as you've indicated). It's so ugly and seems so unnecessary. This dishwasher was such a bad purchase for so many reason! I wish the black flap was the biggest problem. It doesn't wash well at all.
A:AnswerWe just use the 60 minute touch button on the top of the unit. That gets our dishes quite clean as we don't put them in there with a lot of gunk on them.
The storm wash looks like it will take well over 2 hours. We have not had ours long enough to use this feature which will probably get used after a big party.
The 60 minute cycle should be labeled normal as our old Kenmore didn't run that long!
A:Answeryou have to pay additional cost for the installation. If you're handy, you can do it yourself. But the service man can do it within 45 minutes since he knows exactly how to install it.
A:AnswerGood luck, mine broke down in 5 months. Samsung came out 5 times, didn't fix it then said it was the fault of the installer from Best Buy. They won't fix it either.
