Q: QuestionRecently our Samsung DW80K5050 dishwasher has begun leaving food particles inside the glasses on the top rack. sprayer arms are clean and good. How can I make sure the water is reaching the middle sprayer arm? Something I can clean?

• A:Answer I’m having the exact same issue with grit in dishing that weren’t there before. I remember the arm from bottom to top clips out from the top and pulls, maybe twists, out from bottom. No tools needed. Run water through it to make sure it’s clean. Mine is a year old and everything is clean but still get the grit. Good luck.

Q: QuestionI installed this dishwasher myself and found that it sticks out from my countertop by 1 1/2”. There were four wooden pieces included in the box. The instructions didn’t mention them, and this seems obvious, but are they included to cover the gap?

Q: QuestionBought this dishwasher last year and the thing smells, I use it everyday, don't overload, and rinse away large debris before loading. Once a week I need to run it empty with Finish and 1/2 teaspoon bleach to rid odor. Any ideas why this is?

Q: QuestionWhat does "cut-out height mean"?? .. It says cut out height is 34" but the overall height is almost 36"

• A:Answer The cut out height means the part of the dishwasher that fits under the counter.....which is smaller than the outside. where the door is. That way the door panel will hide the area where the dishwasher touches under the counter.

Q: QuestionWe just installed our Samsung Stormwash Dishwasher. However, the kickplate catches on the dishwasher door when it is fully down to fill the bottom rack. So when we lift the door, I have to push in the plate which is now buckled. Had to remove it.

Q: QuestionDid anyone experience the runtime significantly reduce after dishwasher starts running? I set it as normal and stormwash which initially gave me about 3 hours and I checked after 10-20min or so and it was down to 1 hour 30mins.

Q: QuestionCan you hook up this dishwasher to the cold water supply? I had it hooked up to my hot water supply and the plastic water inlet valve warped and caused a leak. Took of the elbow and the washer was also melted and gone.
