QuestionThe studs above my fireplace are 47" apart. There is not a center stud between the two. Would I be able to hang my 65" Samsung TV safely with these measurements with this mount?

- Answer It worked for my fireplace. Studs are the same distance. I used a few toggle bolts just for my own piece of mind.

QuestionSo I pulled my tv a bit out and now can’t seem to push it in unless I use some more force. My TV is really thin and 85”. Is it supposed to be hard to push back into place or am I doing something wrong?

QuestionSo the lag bolts that come with the mount don’t actually fit into the pre drilled holes on the two sides and the middle. Had to use a smaller bolt. Why would you supply a bolt size that can’t even be used??

- Answer Hi there, Hmm, this is odd. The provided lag bolts which are 5⁄16 in. x 2 ¾ in should work with this mount, that is why they are provided with this mount. I'm wondering if your mount's predrilled holes are off or the wrong size lag bolt was accidentally put in the box. Can you confirm that the provided lag bolt was the 5⁄16 in. x 2 ¾ in? - Answer It doesn't swivel left and right, it only tilts. If you are looking for one that swivels as well I'd recommend looking at full-motion mounts. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

- Answer I didn't run into that spacing, but I don't think it will reach. You can however use this mount without going into the studs if you use the right hardware. Go to your hardware store and get toggle snap anchors rated to suit the weight of your TV. I used them on my 75in install into metal studs (which might as well be hallow and not traditional studs).
