QuestionUsing the pro set leveling feature I mistakenly backed one of the screws completely out.Is this a problem? Does it weaken the strength of the bracket? Do I need to take the TV down and re-insert the screw or can I leave it worry free. The set is level now as I needed the full range of motion to level.

- Answer If you go to Sanus web site, they're is a guide that allows you to put in the make and model of your tv, then will list the mounts that are compatible. Also on their site is a guide that will tell you the measuremnents to position the mount on the wall so that your tv, once hung, will be at the desired hight. It'll save you from mathmatical errors and unneccisary holes in the wall.

- Answer Visit Sanus.com (http://www.sanus.com/us/en), click the MountFinder tab (left side of screen), enter your Manufacturer and model number and the search engine will display which mounts are compatable with your TV. Easy, and works great.

If you are looking to place your thin TV as close to the wall as possible the VMT15 would be an excellent option. It sits just 7/8" from the wall and features many of the same technologies as the VMPL50a. The VLF311 is an excellent option if you are looking for a thin profile and full-motion capabilities. It sits just 1.25" from the wall and offers 11 inches of extension.

- Answer The VESA mounting pattern refers to the distance between the mounting holes on the back of your display. The best method to determine your VESA pattern is to use a tape measure to determine the distance between the mounting holes; horizontally (left to right), and vertically (top to bottom). The VESA pattern is defined in millimetres i.e 100X100, 100x200, etc.

- Answer Sanus website has an application that allows you to enter your tv and the dimensions of where you want your tv to be, it will then give you the dimensions to hang the mount. I used this and all said and done, it hung within 1'4" of where I wanted it.

Questionwall studsI am sorry but i dont have any knowledge for any installation,i am on the second floor in a duplex . i was wondering what if there are no wall studs so am i still able to mount it on the wall!?

- Answer There has to be wall stud unless it is a brick/cement building. It sounds as if you might want a proffessional to install. It will cost less than having to replace a tv that has fallen off the wall due to improper installation.

- Answer Yes, your TV is compatible with the VMPL50A. A great full-motion option for your TV would be the VLF220. The VLT15 would also be a good option. It is similar to the VMPL50A but has some added technologies including a kick stand that holds the TV away from wall for easy access to the back of the TV.

- Answer The VMPL50A is designed only to tilt, not swivel side-to-side (full-motion). Sanus does make numerous full-motion mounts including the LF220 which has a similar size range as the VMPL50A.
