- Answer You don't have to move games over if you have one of these. It does not count as internal; it is an external drive that can play Series S|X games.

Questioni only need something to store clips/captures. My current external Hard Drive does not work on my series X although ive formatted it dozens of times for NTFS on PC but my series x still wont recognize the external hard drive. will this work as replacement

- Answer You can store anything on it, but Series S|X games must be stored on it to play directly from them if they are not on internal storage.
