• yes but it wont charge when its shut off so you must have it on when you want it to charge

• I have shut it off after use and fully charged. When turn it back on to use, I usually make sure the light indicates that it’s fully charged before let it clean. Sometimes it charges a bit more, Other times, it’s just ready to go.
