If your rug has longer fringe, consider folding it under or using a rug with a border to keep the fringe out of the vacuum’s path.

A:AnswerIt can't be 12". Looking at the photos, the vacuum is less than a quarter the height of the base so if the vacuum is nearly 6", it's simply not possible the base is only 12" tall. So, again, the base the vacuum charges in...how tall is that? Thank you.
