Shark website. They would rather use the batteries they can get from their suppliers in order to sell you the whole $300 to $500 vacuum. The fact is, you only get ten or fifteen minutes of run time with these cordless vacs. Without a second vacuum to pop in, you have to wait several hours for it to charge. There should be a class action suit brought for false advertising since they claim you ban buy additional batteries.
