A:Answer Yes! Currently going through this now. I see there is a third party that offers new replacement remotes. However I have unplugged and powered down my TV for several minutes twice, reset my router/modern, and pressed the reset button on the TV and it still doesn't work.
Not sure if this is a quality issue? Mine will mostly go down only, seldom up, and not left out right at all - which leaves me in the menu only.
