• A:Answer Yes, that's right. The Solar Panel plugs into the Wireless Outdoor Camera with a regular USB-micro connection. We do also have a Power Adapter sold separately, which plugs into the camera with a watertight seal so it can be installed outside in the elements.

• A:Answer You need the service if you want it to record when activated.if you have the system you can hook it up without being able to record and it will send notice when motiion detected. You can use the system without the monitoring service.i think this the case but you should look into it more.

• A:Answer We do strongly recommend that you screw the Outdoor Camera's mounting bracket into your wall. Even outdoor-rated Command Strips would not be strong enough to secure the camera in place.
