A:AnswerHonestly, no. The loudness of these headphones are subpar. The connectivity is very hard to resestablish if u switch the headphones to another Bluetooth device. The phone receiver on these headphones aren’t good and often sound as if I’m speaking in an aluminum can.

A:AnswerThat is strange. It sounds like the pins in the case are not connecting with the receiver on the bud its self while in the case. We wouldn't say that is very common but it has been known to happen. You can always hit up our customer service team and we will warranty them for you no problem.
A:AnswerThese aren't very discrete. They’ve fallen out of my ears often. Don’t like them but need them for work. When wearing them one must yell in order for the other person to hear you.
