Q: QuestionI just recently purchased the Sony 55” 55X800E at Best Buy. This replaced an Insignia 32” TV. The picture quality of the Sony is poor compared to the Insignia. Fuzzy colors and the images are not crystal clear. Not like the TV in store. Any ideas?

Q: QuestionI have a 5 or 6 year old Sony Bravia which is mounted to a book shelf/entertainment center via a flat mount. Just wondering if the new Sony 800 has the same screw pattern on the back of the TV that will allow me to use the old mount as it is custom fit.
