Q: QuestionWhat is the measurement of the stand
Asked by Barbie.
- A:Answer Hi Barbie, The stand for the 65" BRAVIA 3 (2024) has a width of approximately 46.38 inches (1,175 mm) and a depth of 13.25 inches (334 mm). This 1-way fixed stand position provides a stable base while leaving enough clearance for most soundbars to fit between the feet. Thanks for choosing Sony. Best regards, Eliab

Q: QuestionJust bought the Sony K65S30 65" BRAVIA 3 (2024), but the white standby light stays on when I turn off the TV with the remote. Is this normal, and is there a way to turn it off ? The first time we turned the tv off, the light was off, but now it doesn’t.
Asked by Suzette.
- A:Answer Oh that’s just the beginning. Dump that piece of trash while you can it only gets worse. Mine is now all but completely non-functioning after 18 months. Freezes up constantly , extremely slow and clunky interface (google tv is horrendous), constantly does the weirdest most aggravating crap like plays video but no voice, plays voice but no video, etc etc the list goes on with this junk. I highly recommend you return it while you still can because you are going to regret it in about 6 months this. And updates do not help. It just gets worse with time. We have written off SONY forever. Not what they used to be. Other brands are much better and much cheaper. They will last longer too.

Q: QuestionNew tv. I need to turn the volume up to 70 for normal listening. Any ideas?
Asked by Meme.
- A:Answer Hi Meme, We apologize for the unexpected low volume requiring a level of 70 on your 65" BRAVIA 3. A possible fix is to check the Sound Mode settings, as some modes, like Standard, prioritize clarity over loudness. We suggest switching to a mode like Dynamic or Cinema. Also, try disabling Advanced Auto Volume or similar features, as they can sometimes reduce the overall sound level. If neither of these helps, a full power reset (unplugging the TV for 60 seconds) can clear any temporary audio glitches. Thanks for choosing Sony. Best regards, Eliab

Q: QuestionIs there a dark mode for watching at night?
Asked by Nightowl.
- A:Answer Hi Nightowl, thank you for reaching out to us. We are pleased to assist you with your inquiry regarding the Bravia 3! The Bravia 3 doesn't have a branded "dark mode," but it offers picture settings like "Calm" and "Cinema" for night viewing. - The "Calm" mode features soft colors and gentle contrast, ideal for low-light environments. - The "Cinema" mode balances brightness and color depth for an optimal movie-watching experience at night. You can also manually adjust brightness, black levels and use the light sensor to automatically dim the screen in dark conditions, providing a comfortable viewing experience similar to a "dark mode."
