A:AnswerHi TMk, Depending on the external devices, some buttons may not respond. You can operate the Sound Bar using TV remote control when connected via HDMI cable and with the Control for HDMI function enabled. The following operations can be used with the TV remote control:
• Power On/Off - You can turn the TV On or Off and the Sound Bar will turn On or Off at the same time.
• Volume adjustment - You can adjust the volume of the Sound Bar when it is selected in the audio output setting of the TV.
Note: We can't guarantee the full operation of the TV with third-party devices. Make sure to use an ARC compatible HDMI cable. For further assistance with regards to compatibility, please refer to your sound bar's manufacturer. Thanks. -Jess
A:AnswerHi Meme, thank you for inquiring about the XBR65X900H. The Disney+ Android app can be installed from Google Play™ Store. You can use the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ with Android TV that supports a feature AirPlay 2 which is already built-in in the 900H series. I hope this helps. Regards, Erin
A:AnswerHi SuperBrown, Good question. Before your start, please make sure to unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. We recommend cleaning the LCD screen with a soft, dry cloth. For more stubborn stains, you can use a soft cloth slightly dampened with a solution of mild soap and warm water. When you clean the screen, wipe it in small circular motions from top to bottom. Immediately afterward, use a soft cloth to dry the screen.

A:AnswerHi TulsaBrick, thanks for inquiring about the X900H. You can only pair Bluetooth headphones to the TV that supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile. Other Bluetooth headphones that support A2DP may work. However, we don't guarantee its operation. Regards, Erin
A:AnswerHi Kelly, thanks for inquiring about the TV. You can connect your surround sound system to the TV using a Coaxial Digital Cable, Optical Digital Cable, or Audio cable to the Audio Output jack on your TV and connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding jacks on the A/V receiver or home theater system. Since your surround sound system needs an RCA jack, you can use a Composite with 4 pole mini-plug RCA conversion cable to connect it to the X900H. Please check this link to follow the instructions on which type of connection you want to use.

A:AnswerHi PineKat,
Thank you so much for reaching out!
Last week, a U.S. Sony Support article was updated and incorrectly removed reference to future support for VRR and ALLM for the X900H series.
Please note that this was an error, and the plan to support these features is unchanged from the previous communication wherein we state that the X900H will support VRR and ALLM via a future firmware update. The article containing the erroneous information on Sony Support has been updated with the correct information: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors/articles/00246472
Our apologies for any confusion this may have caused!
Sincerely,
Erin

A:AnswerTV has a store return policy that is extended by Best Buy to about January 14 for all holiday season purchases. The Manufacturer Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase. If you purchase with a credit card on credit (not debit), very often your cc company or bank or credit union also offers a 1 yr extended warranty (call and ask for details). Aside from that, you'll have to purchase an extended warranty from Best Buy's Geek Squad, which you have the option of 2 or 5 years. It's a considerable cost at about 20% of purchase price for the 2 yr ext warranty, but offers some peace of mind. The Geek Squad extended warranty is apparently very good, and they'll come to your home to do repairs or pack it up for replacement. This is a nice, convenient benefit, seeing as a large tv can be very difficult to repackage (if you even kept the original box and padding) to ship back to manufacturer for replacement or repair.
A:AnswerHi Bigbob, thanks for inquiring about the TV. Please use the recommended Wall Mount Bracket model SU-WL855. The VESA® HOLE PITCH(W X H) for 65" is 11 7/8 x 11 7/8 inch / 300 x 300 mm. Regards, Erin
A:AnswerHi Josh, thank you for inquiring about the TV. We apologize for the confusion. The 900H and 90CH are the same models with the same specification. Models with CH like the 90CH is sold at membership-only clubs. Regards, Erin
