• A:Answer PLEASE buy the warranty. I know it seems annoying, but it basically turns your 30 day return window into 2-4 years window(however long the warranty lasts). Just go back to best buy in a year or two and tell them "my controller isnt charging properly anymore" or make up any reason. Tell them you want to use the warranty you bought and theyll basically just say "ok" and hand you a gift card for what you paid for(less the warranty because its being used). So you can just use that to rebuy tech with a gift card instead of spending new money
