QuestionMy daughter is using these for online school. However they can not hear her talk. Are we not doing something correctly? She has them plugged in to the computer, and has them turned on. Please help.

- Answer The headphones is for her to hear and block out background noise. They don't have an attached microphone. You may need to add/buy a microphone, or at least check the settings on your computer to make sure she can be heard hope this helps.

- Answer I don't know the answer to your question. The plug -in is a 1/8" x 1/2" male plug. Perhaps your machine accepts such a plug for audio output.

- Answer The length of cord from the base of earphones on my headset to my first extension is 48.5 inches. I did not buy an extension since I already had three which I had purchased some time ago at Best Buy. Total length of connection to my TV is 12.5 feet +/- 2 inches. Great earphones at a reasonable price.
