A:AnswerThe line out is raw signal. No volume modulation from the amp. The line out is what you would usually run to a tape recorder or CD burner. The line out could go to a powered set of speakers but the speakers would have to have volume control on them. This powers only two sets of non amplified speakers. It is basically a 70s style stereo reciever that can also play songs from your phone via Bluetooth and has a remote.

A:AnswerHi there, thanks for your inquiry! You can use the AUDIO INPUT 4 OUT port to connect a MD deck or
tape deck to record audio. You can play FM radio tuner using this receiver, But you cannot connect speakers to the AUDIO INPUT 4 OUT output audio. Please connect your speakers to the speaker ports of this receiver. And no, the AUDIO INPUT 4 OUT is not related to the audio device that you connect to the AUDIO INPUT 4 IN port of this receiver. For future reference, we can offer assistance on how to set up or operate the features and functions, and troubleshoot the issue of your Sony product by visiting our Sony Support website to download the help guide and look for additional information about your product. A:AnswerHi Lois, Good question! If your SiriusXM radio supports RCA audio connection then you should be able to connect it to one of the several AUDIO IN ports of this receiver. A:AnswerHi Marsphotoz, Thanks for your inquiry! If you're referring to the Sony SACS9 subwofer, then yes it should work on this stereo receiver. You can connect the left and right speaker wires from the stereo receiver into the left and right speaker IN on the subwoofer. Then, connect speaker wire from the left and right speaker OUT on the subwoofer to the left and right main speakers. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi BobZ, Thanks for your inquiry! Unfortuntely, no. This receiver is designed to receive a Bluetooth signal from a smartphone or tablet. It is not capable of transmitting one to a Bluetooth device such as wireless headphones, amplifiers, or speakers. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerThis does not have HDMI or optical audio, so it wouldn't work directly from your PS4.
However, you can connect your PS4 to your TV via HDMI and if your TV has audio out via RCA you can connect it back to this receiver. (Look for audio out on your TV)
A:AnswerThis receiver can receive Bluetooth input, but for output it only connects to wired speakers. It cannot send signal to Bluetooth/wireless speakers.
A:AnswerI don't know what Sonos is. Our receiver is connected to a CD exchanger and also to the computer to play music through it.
Don't know if this helps.
