QuestionCan I connect wireless mics to this receiver for karaoke? Also can I connect it hdmi to the tv to get web enabled karaoke through the receiver with speakers and wireless mic?

- Answer Hi Shawn, Unfortunately, A karaoke microphone can't be connected to this particular model because the receiver doesn't have a microphone input, and also, this unit doesn't have an HDMI input. -Sam

QuestionWOI-FM in Ames, Iowa has the NPR station at 90.1 FM and their classical station is WOI 90.1 FM-HD 2. I can get the classical station on my new car radio, but not the receiver in my home. Will this receiver receive that HD feature?

QuestionCan I use the tape deck connections ( in/out ) to connect the equalizer for the Bose 901 speakers? It requires a pre amp out and main amp in.

- Answer Hi Mike, Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect an add-on equalizer to current Sony AV receivers. Notes: Most Sony receivers feature a built-in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Equalizer. The addition of an equalizer is not needed and would provide no additional benefit to the overall sound output of the receiver. BOSE speakers that require an external equalizer are not compatible with Sony AV receivers. Regards, Sam

QuestionWould a bluetooth transmitter from my TV work to be picked up by this receiver? The wires for the speakers (that are in the ceiling) are 15 feet away from the TV and it is not feasible to run wire.

- Answer Hi Marko, Yes, you can. Make sure to connect your turntable to the phono input of the receiver. Note: When you connect a turntable with a PHONO/LINE switch, be sure to set the PHONO/LINE switch to PHONO. -Sam

- Answer The receiver has up/down tuning buttons so you can find any station, just like turning and analog dial. You can add it to the presets memory if you like. I really like this receiver.

QuestionI have 2 Logitech speakers that have a subwoofer connected to them ( all connected to my computer with a 3.5mm earphone jack). I also have 2 older speakers that use speaker wire. Could I use this to hook all of them together with my laptop?

- Answer Hi Nikolaus, This receiver requires speaker wire to connect your speakers. As long as your speakers are within the impedance rating of 6 to 16 ohms then they should work. -Sam
