QuestionOn DVD play back and streaming video, it seems as if the music track is way to loud, drowning out the dialogue. Is there an adjustment for this? Anyone else had this issue?

- Answer I haven't had this issue with this particular player; but I have had this issue with many a TV in the past. My solution was to buy a soundbar, or some other sort of surround sound system. Either one where you can set the EQ levels yourself, or else one with a built in "Night Mode" or something like it that can even out the equalization of sound. I know the answer "just buy more stuff" is a bad one, but sometimes it's unavoidable. As my dad used to say: "That's how they get ya."

QuestionI bought this item at the beginning of the year and just open it and tried to connected the wireless service so, I can add apps. The player connects and then doesn't allow me to add anything because of a network connection

- Answer I had this problem with a different streaming device. But in my case, switching to Chromecast solved it. I'd suggest making sure you are entering your WiFi password correctly, and if it doesn't work, calling your internet service provider. Since the cable and phone companies want to sell us their own programming, my theory is they sometimes may want to insert hurdles into our efforts to watch streaming video on our own. Good luck.

- Answer Yes this will work in india, however you have to make sure that power supply that you use for the Amazon Fire Stick is able to be plugged into the electrical outlet's there they are different then they are here. It also depends on the "zoning" certain electronic's only work in certain regions. Like PS4 games from USA generally do not work in foreign countries/overseas (Japan, South America, Europe ect.) NOTE: If you buy and try to use your Fire Stick in Canada and I believe part's of Mexico it WILL work.

- Answer You can certainly skip the Wi-Fi setup or, if you have already set it up, you can go back in to Settings>Network and delete your Wi-Fi credentials. BUT, doing so ensures your player's obsolescence. As new feature-rich BluRay movies are released, they sometimes require a software update to the player's firmware before all of the disc's features will function. Enabling the player's on-line connection will ensure updated firmware can be downloaded and installed as new disc features are released. I often field questions from owners of older "off-line" BluRay players when a new release movie won't play.

- Answer Sadly this is a region A or 1. Means plays blu rays manufactured for use in the USA only. There are websites that show you how to hack your machine so that it will play all region discs. I'd not recommend doing it if you buy the extended Warrenty, this may void it.

- Answer I have the same problem and just wrote a review about it. It's a problem that is widespread and is now mentioned on other websites on the internet. I hope you returned the product or sent it in to see if it can be serviced. I will be sending ours in to be serviced if the problem persists. It has a 1 year warranty so if you haven't sent it in to be serviced then I suggest you do before the warranty period is over.
