QuestionI listen to td jakes sermons on you tube some are inspirational and motivational but they are often removed from you tube can I record it on the digital voice recorder and play them back as I look forward to those motivational speeches

QuestionI've deleted all of my files off the device, but am still seeing "memory full." I saw that "Erin" responded to another customer that if this happens, we need to "format Digital Voice Recorder." Is that a software? If so, where can I access it? Thanks!

QuestionI noticed when I turn the recorder off, it does not retain the set time. Therefore, when doing interviews the incorrect time is displayed.

- Answer Did you verify that the time has been correctly set? If you wait too long in the process of setting the time and date, the recorder will return to default.

- Answer Hi there! Currently, this model is not capable of playing tapes. Sony no longer has a digital voice recorder that supports tapes. But if you're interested in a Sony device that is not a voice recorder but plays tapes, I would suggest for you to get the CFDS70 boombox. Thanks! Regards, Sam

- Answer Hi there, we are sorry to hear what happened. If the message memory full displays on the Digital Voice Recorder, then there is insufficient space left in the memory for recording. It will be necessary to erase some of the previous messages before you will be able to continue recording. However, if the unit continues to display memory full even after deleting messages from the unit, you will need to format Digital Voice Recorder. https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4573933621.pdf Regards, Erin

QuestionThis recorder looks like what I would need and want, but my only concern is that my personal computer is a MacBook Pro. Will this device work with Apple products?

- Answer Yes. I have a MacBook Pro and a Windows PC laptop. Plugs into either and shows up as removable drive. Better option to use micro SD card with recorder and computer but both ways work great.
