    • Answer It can, but i have the motion lights etc. Turn off because i have a dusk to dawn light, and my camera is black so at night and day it's not noticeable. In sleath

  • QuestionHello. My Spotlight Cam Pros are supposed to arrive today. They are the wired ones with the plug on I believe. Can the plug be cut off and directly wired or will that cause a problem? Thank you

    • Answer you will need the hardwire kit (https://ring.com/products/hardwired-kit-usbc-cameras). Call an electrician to have this installed on your property for a peace of mind that the wire is installed properly. Good Luck!!

    • Answer Yes, i replace my old adt cameras with ring and they use the same hole in my soffit. I did use some caulk for a tight seal around the wire to keep bugs out
