QuestionDoes this camera work with Agent DVR? It is listed as one of the cameras Agent DVR can connect to. Also, it says it works down to -5 F...so it wouldn't be good for Minnesota?

We are unable to know if our products will work with other systems as we are unaware of their functionality or pertaining software. QuestionDoes the push notification show a preview on the phone lock screen or phone drop down notification screen, when the motion alerts are sent to the phone? Like Arlo, etc Or do I have to open the app to see what triggered the alert and was caught on camera?

- Answer Hi Chip. Rich Notifications (where the push notification is accompanied by a photo of what caused the event) are available via our Secure+ subscription service, which is similar to what Arlo offer. Standard push notifications without an image attached are free to all users. Tapping on the push notification from the locked phone screen will open up the app and take you directly to a live stream of that camera. - SD, Swann Team

- Answer Hello Tone. You can manually turn the spotlights/floodlights on and off via the camera's live view (single view mode) screen by tapping on the light bulb icon. You can also use the app to choose how long the lights will stay on when motion is detected anywhere from 30 to 300 seconds.
