A:AnswerIt happened to us too, reposition your antenna or connect directly to the tv. Make sure the Tablo is getting a good connection to your internet/router. Don’t return it, just work out the bugs. If you have a satellite dish still mounted you can convert that to an antenna and the best reception, there are videos on YouTube to make that change in 5 minutes. If none of that works then call support and go from there.

Our 4th Generation Tablo will pick up over-the-air stations your TV antenna will get plus 70+ free streaming channels. Netflix, Hulu and Peacock are paid services that are not related to our product. Unfortunately, it won't display them.

The Tablo must be viewed using the Tablo app on a compatible smart TV or streaming device connected to the TV.
